2 questions please

Is there a particular toothpaste and mouthwash I should be using? I think I recall colgate original and green listerine as being ok. Can any of them knock me out ketosis? I have listerine total care zero here - do you think that'd be ok to use? Am very paranoid about smelly breath - particularly in work - I'd usually go through 2 packets of chewing gum pet day but know they're out.

Also, do men get 4 packs? Or is three ok? I think I could be mixing it up with lipotrim - I'm not sure.

Myself and dh are starting tomorrow - just for a month (I've done it before)

I'd really appreciate any help

I'm great (a bit of a disaster with this whole dieting lark and am back AGAIN but other than that pretty good ) Kate was 1 2 weeks ago so I figure I can't keep blaming it on the 'baby weight' anywho - how the hell are you???!! You look absolutely fab, live seeing all your updates on fb and cannot get over how big the girls are - often think back to our 2007 days (life changing stuff) and chats and the girls were tinchy.

It's scary how quick they grow. E is 9 now. C is 5. Your 3 are gorgeous. S looks so grown up. Oh and how wel did your hubby do!!! Fantastic. Hope it's start of bigger things. It's soooo good to see you. So weird you being back today 'Marie' rejoined FB earlier lol
