grrrr i am feeling hungry. well i think i can safely say 'starving'. i have been 100% and dont want to eat but my tummy is growling. i have checked and i am still in ketosis. have downed 2 pints of water and a glass of dr pepper zero in the last hour but nowt is working. will the feeling pass? help!
also, on the add a meal week where can i find out what i am allowed to eat? i only got the tfr booklet when my bumper pack came so i'm lost as to what to put on my shopping list!
