Hi everyone I've swapped from Cambridge to exante and I notice the shakes are around 60 calories more than cambridge shakes so I was wondering if I could have 2 instead off 3 as I'm having the small meal that I've had every day while doing Cambridge so I'll be having 600 calories a day with just 2 shakes and the meal like I did on Cambridge does anyone else do this or is it not a good idea?

You need to have the 3 packs to ensure you are getting all your vitamins :) with a small meal you'd still only be at 1000 calories and would still lose 10lb a month x

You really need to have all 3 packs as suggested by Exante as that way you will be ensuring you get the RDA of nutrients. It's not all about the calories, you will still lose weight with such a calorie deficit.

Losses on Exante tend to be the same as on CD, LL or LT, so you shouldn't notice any difference.

They'll be just the same. I don't know why there's this common misconception that losses won't be as good on exante
