Double tracking should help! You will notice I eat most of my food at lunchtime and subside on a WW meal for tea. Simply because in the 4 weeks I have been doing this I haven't got around to planning meals properly so I can cook for the family.

My allowance is 21.

Tuesday 10th August

B - WW bagel (2), 1 tub Phili EL (1)

S - Banana (2)

L - WW bagel (2), 1 tub Phili EL (1), 42g premium ham slice (1.5), salad (0), 2 tbsp fat free dressing (0.5), 25g Cathedral City Lighter (2), WW crisps (1), WW cookie bar (1.5)

D - WW sausage and mash, spinach and garden peas (5.5)
