Hello ladies! This is a second two week challenge for those of us who have already done the first, and a chance for anyone else to join us! Think a lot of us found having the challenge and the accountability to one another a real motivator, so we've agreed another challenge would be great. Once we've updated our weights in the other thread, I suggest we synchronise start weights here and hope for another great fortnight of 100% days. Feel free to get the start weight post started!
