2 weeks in feeling really good

Hi all just sharing my story so far I started 2 weeks ago last friday - at first I only had chocolate milk shakes I was dreading them but I now love my shakes and now splitting between strawberry and chocolate.

I work regular nights as a national express coach driver and I was a little worried would it affect my energy levels - to my surprise it hasn't.

Many years ago I was 23 stone I got down too 16 stone through hard work dedication and got to a happy 16 stone. But on a eating exercise plan.

I been at 16 stone over a year now and my girlfriend doing very similar diet she said give it a try so I have.

Lipotrim has surprised me it can be tough sometimes but my experience of achieving goals helps keep me thinking positive.

So my first week I weighed 16st 2lb lost 10 lbs

My second week 15st 6lb lost 5 lbs

All in all I'm very happy going to keep going I don't have a weight in mind but ill know when to stop. I have taken measurements of my body which will be posted at the end of the month.

My clothes feel slack feeling great.
