2 weeks on lipotrim

:pso far so good started lipotrim on the 7-5-09 and lost 7lb the 1st week, and on my 2nd weigh-in today have lost a further 5lb,i don't know why but i found my 7th day the hardest but am now finding it much easier, i mix my shakes with ice and a hand blender they taste just like any normal shake,but out of all of them i prefer the soup,i also make 5 50ml volvic bottles of water up in morning that way i know i'm drinking my min of 4 pints aday,anyway stay strong everyone and keep reminding yourself's why your doing this and what you know your going to achive as this is the best way to do it, i'm looking forward to going into clothes shops and buying nice clothe's that i know there'll have in my size for once :)

Great stuff well done bobys girl . 12 pounds in two weeks :D:D Next week the first stone .You should see a big difference in your clothes then . Keep it going now you seem to have settled really well.

Hi great weight loss so far and you are doing really well.
I am also filling a 1 litre volvic bottle up and drinking 3 and more a day of those - seems to be easier to drink from bottles sometimes than to keep re-filling glasses and I am getting through more water that way.
Roll on week 3 for you x :):)

Hi Boby's girl, congratulations on your weight loss, and glad things have settled down after day 7. The mantra here seems to be water water water and it really does help in regard to pangs if any. Wishing you well for the coming week.

Congrats on your losses so far, they're great! I have about 4-5 litres of water a day now and think that's why the losses are so consistent. Keep up the good work, you're doing great!

Well done bobby's girl thats fantastic loss! its great to hear that you are doing so well I'm finished week one and its great to hear that people a week ahead of me are still doing great! gives me motivation, good luck with the next week x

Well done, I too fill two litre bottles and take them to work and try to drink them at my desk, then try and drink another one in the evening, which is hard with having my soup, a nettle tea.

Congrats on your loss. You've nearly a stone off now. Whow.

I started a week after you, my second weigh in is on Wednesday, if I can do as well as you (nearly a stone) it would blow my socks off. Having an underactive thyroid has made dieting such a struggle for me so any weight loss is going to be GREAT!!
Glugging the water...most excellent...feeling like a bit of a:mermaid:myself. A large one at that lol!! But if it helps shift the lbs then good.
Keep swimming..ha ha!!

hi cee good luck with your weigh-in on wednesday,how did you do on your 1st weigh-in!
I lost 8 big ones on my first weigh in. Some have lost more 1st time, but I'm dead chuffed with that! It's the one's that come off after that I think are the real deal ( not just the contents of my stomach from my previous 'last suppers' )LOL!! ;)

that's good well done,i also noticed some people had lost alot more on 1st weigh-in.but never mind my 7lb and your 8lb are still great and we know were going to still have agreat weight loss each week, rather then losing a lb then putting 2lb back on the next week as with other diets, keep going let me know how you get on wed good luck!
