    Hi everyone.

I was wondering if anyone else is struggling at the thought of moving up to 810 from SS?

My weigh-in is on Wednesday, and i was planning to move up, as i want to start exercising, and being on SS means my legs ache just walking up the stairs!

I have to admit being a little bored of milkshakes! (dont personally like the soups) but am just scared of going backwards.

anyone else been in the same position?

    Thanks

Hi izzycat, Maybe you could try SS+ first to see if that would help with the exercising? It's either 4 packs plus 200ml skimmed milk or 3 packs plus a 200 cal meal of protein n green veg. The losses are still great on SS+ too.

    xx

I do worry about moving up the plans, its kind of a split feeling really, cant wait to eat again then worry I will take it to far, but if thats what you want to do then you should give it a try you can always go back to SS or SS+ good luck with whatever you decide
