20 years meal plans - help me out :)

    I'm going to post this everyday to keep me on track.

    I'm going to uni shortly and really want to get down to 12stone5lbs. I started WW 4 weeks ago and so far lost 9lbs and reached the 5% goal. I exercise everyday for atleast 1 hour (started this 4 weeks ago) so I really want to lost more.

    ok so far today

    Breakfast: 2 weetabix, semi-skimmed milk 4pp
    snacks:
    apple 0pp
    banana 0pp
    slice ww bread 1pp

    Lunch:
    WW tomato soup 2pp
    2 slices ww pitta bread 6pp
    WW yoghurt 1pp

    WW sandwich - 5pp
    Squares crisps - 3pp
    Apple - 0pp
    Banana - 0pp

    Dinner:
    Jacket potato - 6pp
    Baked Beans 4pp
    WW yoghurt - 1pp
    peach - 0pp
    Orange - 0pp

    Daily allowance used: 33pp
    Daily Allowance: 34pp

    1 hour circuit training

    any suggestions on recipes etc would be great :)

    Unsure as yet... Healthy eating/cal counting maybe for now
    Hiya... Ur intake so far looks good.. Why dont u follow ppl's diaries on here, see what they are having and get ideas that way.. That's what most of us do.. Really inspiring and great listeners.. Good luck!

    i have only just started my diary but will be posting any recipes i use in there if u wanna have a look? i have a really nice mushroom stroganoff recipe that would be good on a jacket potato.

    thanks very much, not too sure how to use this yet but will have a look for some recipes :D

    Warburton wrap pizza veggie and chicken - 8pp
    WW Yoghurt - 1pp
    2WW bars - 4pp
    apple - 0pp

    Peach - 0pp
    4 rivittas - 2pp
    WW Bread - 4pp
    Dinner - still to come....
