Extra ProPoints 200g uncooked pasta

200g of uncooked pasta is a lot of pasta!
1 medium portion of uncooked pasta is 40g and is 4pro-points
1 medium portion of cooked pasta is 150g and is 4 pro-points

If you are definaltey using 200g of uncooked pasta it would be 20pro-points

1 medium portion of cooked brown rice 150g is 6pp
1 medium portion of uncooked brown rice 60g is 6pp

If using white, 1 60g portion of any white rice (not easy cook) is 6pp
1 Medium portion of white easy cook rice 60g is 7pp (dried)

so 200g of uncooked rice brown would be 20pp
and 200g of uncooked white rice would be approximately 23pp

from my calculations just using the book :)
