I started back on slimming world yesterday with a horrible 1st weigh in I'm now up to 17 stone which is the heaviest I've every been. I'm hoping to get down to 12stone which as I'm 5 10 would give me a healthy bmi. I have 5 stone to loose though eek.

I decided to kick start my weight loss with the new sp plan which actually so far has been pretty good.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: 2 x benefit light bars hexb, apple and latte hexa

Lunch: scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, 2 slices brown toast hexb,

Dinner: homemade soup packed with beans and veg
Syns: 30g harvest morn chocolate cereal 7, 2.5 TSP light butter spread 2.5

Exercise wise I went for a 40 min walk with hubbie and dog though at a very slow rate I've been sick since Christmas and struggling to breath :(

Today I had:
Breakfast: 2 benefit light bars hexb, latte hexa

Lunch: soup from yesterday, glenisk yogurt3.5 syns, malteesers 9 syns,

Dinner: 2 slices brown bread, 2 scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

Had to go to the doctor earlier and I've been put on a high dose of steroids and antibiotics for the next week. I'm hoping that this doesent effect my weight loss this week. But on the plus side if I can get rid of this chest infection i 'll be able to get out and get some serious exercising done. I've been couped up for most of christmas and new year and I'm seriously starting to get cabin fever :(
