Ok tomorrow is August and challenge now open.
Set your goal and challenge yourself to reach it this month.
Any exercise, any counting methos you want.
Steps, miles, hours, lenths, hops, bounces..... Whatever.

August has 31 days with 22 weekdays, 1 is a bank holiday, and 9 weekend days
 
I challenge myself to get some exercise every week day at least. I normally walk, swim, aqua jog and cycle but currently have a hip problem so will be mostly just swimming.

My addition to August 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1312.2 km this month.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 27 out of 31 Days at an average of 48.6 km on each exercise day.

I do two sessions a day most days @ 40 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 250-280 Watts.

Finding the exercise element easier therefore sometimes need to up difficulty and or distance from time to time.
