Hopeful of losing 2-3 lbs over the month.
I've managed to get down to 210 lbs through being more strict with diet and increasing difficulty on exercise cycle.
Just looking at little steps towards final goal over the next few months.
My addition to March 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1150.2 km this month.
With this month's challenge it should take me through the 20,000 km barrier on completion.
Weight at 210 lbs this morning and looking to get to 207-208 lbs by April 2019.
The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 27 out of 31 Days at an average of 42.6 km on each exercise day.
I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watts.

Legs are still aching massively from trampolining at the weekend, so I've not been strict with my peddles but I am back on them today.
I did a fab power walk last night in the rain....nearly 5 miles in an hour. Really pleased with that. I love walking and go with a friend, so it makes it easier because we can chat and walk
3/15 30-50 mins on peddles 4 times a week 5/15 Tummy Crunches and The plank 4 times a week 1/2 Power walk for 90 minutes atleast twice a month
