21st to 9st. My battle for my bfp.

Hi everyone.

My mum has given me her left over packs so I can try sns and see how I do.

I weigh 21st 3lb so have alot to loose. I will be mixing 4 packs and a meal and 5 pack days through out the week. I hope im right that I get this because im a woman ober 17st but feel free to correct me.

Im hoping I'll lose 7lb in my first week. Although I was healthy eating for the last 2 weeks and lost 13lb (start weight was 22 st 2lb)

I will need alot of support and encouragment because I work with food too! Eeek!

Any advice or hints and tips are more than welcome!!

Day1

Brunch: chilli.

Lunch: Strawberry shake.

Afternoon: toffee shake (was lush!)

Before going out: strawberry shake.

Out: chicken and mushroom, duck no pancakes, 2 chicken satay. Crispy seaweed!

Was lovely and I didnt feel deprived but people did comment on the fact I wasnt eating much.

Alcohol : 5 double vodkas with, 2 bottles of prosecco and a vodka and lemonade.

I was so drunk. And im paying for it today. I drink like 3 times a year. But im never doing it again!

Still a bit drunk now. :eek::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

i am feeling ok. had my 3 meals. ate half a jaffa cake but feel ok about it! x

Are you on 3 or 4 meals a day?
Little half of a jaffa. Wee blip but carry on hun.
It's in the past now.

i just ate the jaffa cake without even thinking... im on 3 packs a day. but thought i was hungry when i woke up today...don't actually think i am!
