Hi I started SW two weeks ago and my start weight was 27 stones dead. I lost 8 my first week and my next weigh in is this Wednesday so hopefully by then I want to be in the 26's.
Peraps we should stay in this room so we remember where we started and perhaps we can help others that come along later.
I think I am still eating too much. Feel like I am anyways ... how do you control your portion sizes gals?
