Just thought id stick up a suggestion.
This workout would boost your metabolism and though short it is a fair workout.
To do the first part of the workout you will need a couple of large tins, just regular food tins that weigh 4-500g.
When you do them just do it along with the video while you watch it and try to keep the same pace. If you cant keep up just go as fast as you can and change exercise with them. As you get fitter and stronger you will be able to do more.
LEVEL1 approx 15 mins
Arms workout using tins
YouTube - Arm and Shoulder Conditioning for Boxing
Abs Then followed by that old favorite, 8 minute abs*warning, its cheesy but effective* lol
YouTube - 8 Minute Abs
Legs The followed by 8 minute legs. Again cheesy but effective
YouTube - 8 Minute Legs
This can be done on a daily basis or 6 days a week with a days rest, you can build it up as you see fit really.
Follow the videos as you do it and its a good all over workout, its a little harder than it looks.
