    The tuna steak with sald or veg would be your best bet.. (It's an SS+ meal)

    Go and enjoy yourself.. Maybe even allow yourself more than the tuna for a treat aslong as you get back on the next morning.. You might go out of ketosis but 3 days and you'll be back on track..! ;)

    Ok..! Just had another look there and there wasn't anything that would fit in with SS so my suggestion is to order what you like as long as you don't have carbs or cheese.. Hold on! Just saw the 'America Cajun Chicken Breast', it seems like a good option..!

    chicken ceaser salad, no croutons and ask them to serve the dressing seperate?

    just remember, your the customer so you can ask them to prepare your food how you want. so tell them you dont want the carb items at all and that you want dressings served seperate

    Very true, i think they make it all fresh so i don't see there being a problem.
