2lb off, not too much, but its off, could have been a bit more if I just drank the recommended amount and not just 1-2 lts

Im 1lb into the 2nd half of my journey, 54lbs and counting

Oh yes i do feel so much better, I hold my head up more when I walk around the town, I dont mind seeing myself in the mirror

And I had the guts for the first time ever, to stand in my knickers and have a spray tan done

56 lb lighter is FANTASTIC
