2nd day on SW plan and really enjoy what I am eating but just need a bit of support to check I am doing this correct???

SW Bolognaise with Wholewheat Spaghetti
Satsuma
Muller Light Cherry Greek Yoghurt (1/2 Syn)
Packet of French Fries (4 1/2 Syns)
Today so far and planned
B.
2 Eggs, 2 Slices of Nimble Bread (HXB), Beans and Mushrooms
Banana

Pasta n Sauce with salad

Chicken with Veg and BNS Chips
