2nd time around

So....4 years ago I lost 5 stones on Cambridge...I've gradually put it back on and am now 10lbs heavier than when I started all those years ago.....but, I cant change that now...sole source was started this morning...and its coming off!!!....bring it on!!!!

Me too .... I did Cambridge in 2008-9 lost 54 much needed lbs over the years I've gained it,
I don't start till 2nd March due to commitments romantic weekend away first one in 3 years,
I am preparing my head

I'm in the right frame of mind for it...I think you kind of know when you're ready to do it. Not long till March now
