2nd Time Lucky..........Will need HELP!!

So i'm starting this slimming world lark again.

I've been shopping and bought enough food for the next few days....think it might be best if i take it one day at a time rather than trying to plan for a whole week in the first instance!
I currently work from home, so trying to stop pigging out in the middle of the day might be a challenge.
Anyway here goes:

I'm doing the extra easy plan.......

DAY 1

Breakfast - None as hadn't been shopping yet

Lunch - Tuna Pasta - Using HEa
-Tuna, Pasta, Philadelphia Light (HEa)

Dinner - SW Beef Caserole
- Braising steak, carrots, mushrooms, onions, tomato puree, stock

Drinks - Tea - Black, no milk, no sugar
Water

Snacks - 4 cadburys chocolate fingers (1.5 syns each)

SYN TOTAL - 6
