2ND WEEK DONE!

Hi All...

Completed my 2nd week & very pleased as have lost 7lbs....
Despite a rough weekend..my poor boxer dog had to have emergency surgery on sunday..& stayed overnight at vets..was touch & go if she would make it :cry:
But shes home resting now
Normally in stressed situations i raid the fridge but i kept well away!
I must admit have not kept the water intake up over weekend due to the worry...but i must try harder...:sigh:

Wow! That's amazing! So pleased for you, you must be over the moon - that's almost a stone in only 2 weeks and your BMI isnt overly high so really well done in losing so much so quickly. x
