2nd week how are people doing

Nearly completed 2 weeks now, got to grips with the packs but my meal in the evening (protein and veg) is getting a bit boring, im off on half term next week so being at home all day will be a test.

Lots of chocs and cakes were being passed around the office today and i didnt give in whoop

My scales havent changed this week so feeling a bit deflated as stuck to it 100%, think it may be my totm as feeling a little bloated (have a coil so dont bleed).

I can do this!!
 
2nd week is the worst! Normally a one pound loss for me! :( third n fourth week should be good tho! Xx
 
I never lost a thing on my third week but lost a good amount in week four. Just stick with it you are doing great
