well thats good, I ditched the bars too they werent good for me either, good luck for next week x

Can I just ask you a question ? I was under the impression that you were not supposed to have bars until at least your 2nd/3rd week so that you were definitely in ketosis ? have you been having them since Day 1 ?

I'm another person that can't manage bars, but its because I will eat more than one a day.
Hopefully the parties are over for a while (well until Christmas perhaps) so you can gather some good losses. But STS is fine when you know that you haven't been able to follow your plan properly.

Sorry - just wanted to bump this as I'm intrigued whether people are having bars from Day 1 - didn't think that this was an option ?

Yeah ur rite u aint meant to have the bars for the first two weeks as they have a higher carb content, i guess its down to individual choice really , im looking forward to when i can have them, the last time i did c.d I waited till after the first two weeks then introduced them, they didnt seem to have any effect on my weight losses.
