    Diet:
    Lipotrim
    4lbs this week, so thats 12lb in total. struggling tho so I'm doing refeed with 2 shakes and a meal. Chemist says its ok so see how that goes. Feeling a bit of a failure but think the body is saying stop.:sigh:

    well done on your loss and listen to your body, dont mak eyourself poorly. u will still lose weight on the re-feed am sure.
