2nd week weight loss

    Hi all
    I started the CD on the 27th Feb so am on day 12. On my first weigh in i'd lost 11lbs, I feel like i've done feally well too this week. Is it possible to have another good weight loss? or do you think I feel so good because of the weight loss last week. Weigh in on Wednesday, should I weigh myself just to see if i've lost? I feel like i've lost lots more.

    you could weigh yourself to see but if you like the surprise on wed id wait!! it is very possible to have another good loss maybe not 11lbs but maybe 5/6/7/8/9 you never know with cd but best of luck anyway :)

    It is more than possible to have another good luck and fingers crossed! If you want to weigh then go for it, I am a daily weigher, although be mindful that if it is not as much as you are hoping it could affect how positive you are feeling... might be better to hang on for the surprise!
