Total of 5.5lbs with SW/JUDDD together and I think I already feel the health benefits. Much more energetic feeling :)

wow fantastic are you counting cals or just following sw plan but having like a superfree 500 cal day ,thinking about going back to sw and wondered if could incorporate judd
 
I've been counting cals but also stick to my syns for the past three weeks but this week has been pure JUDDD.
