Thanks everybody,Im over the moon.. Cant beleive how well its going, and whats even better is i can feel my mindset changing regarding food slowly but surely.. Everytime i feel like eating, i think how good it felt fitting comfortably into a really old (but nearly brand new) size 14 work trousers i bought about two years ago! Thanks for all the support you's are all great and i wouldnt have been able to do this without ye all... xxxXxx
