2nd weigh in yesterday

Now 15 days since I started this amazing diet.. Here is what has happened so far.
  • Weeing loads
  • Pooing less
  • Now lost any hunger pans
  • Realised some days you lose, some days you don’t. But I now know IT WILL come off.
  • My determination is getting stronger every day
  • Actually now like and look forward to the shakes and soup
  • My suits look too big on me
  • I can see my own bits in the bath to shave them and not take a stab in the dark !
  • I realise I still have a long way to go but know I am going to get there.
Day 15 and lost 22lb in total.

For any newbies, hope this gives you some incentive.

Flip MancityMark, well done. You've shear determination. Tell me this are you excersing also?

1st week, I walked everynight. 2nd week, I walk 4 nights. 3rd week, havent't walked yet :-(

Ficole.... I spend 30 mins in the gym 3 times a week, just gentle weights and stuff. Whatever you do dont go mad if you go to the gym, remember you are on less than 500 calories and you could faint if you do.
