    Had my 2nd weigh in today and I've lost another 6lbs :)

    This morning I realised that my old jeans need to come out of the cupboard again as these ones are litteraly falling off of me.

    My CDC has recommended one more week on the 4 sachets a day, then look to move up and start eating normal food again.
