    Ok so here goes lost 3lbs this week and 14ins in total off of body woo hoo!!

    So total of 11lbs in 2 weeks and am more than happy with that as had day off on sat as I went to a wedding.

    Had taken shakes with me but no facilities to do them and was sooo hungry just had to eat,so all in all am very pleased.

    And I now have no more major social events before xmas so will bee 100% CDssing up till then.

    Roll on next mondays weigh in!!!!!!:)
