    6lbs loss

    total 13lbs

if i had lost 1 more it would have been my first stone !! how irritating !

although last week we went out for my friends bday to the harvester and i had grilled seabass.

in the week i had 1 chicken breast 2 x 2 egg omelettes and a corn on the cob !

so in fairness i think i did alright lol
