Hi all so on my 2nd weigh in another 5lb down 
I am in the 14's my scales haven't seen that number for a long time
I have made a decision to go to step two for my sanity more than anything
So thanks for the support on here and you can find me on another thread.
Kepp going all of you for as long as you can the results are amazing.
