    Only 2lbs this week guys :cry:

    It's a bit disheartening but I know that I will keep on going........I might of lost inches instead?! But I dont get measured to next week x x x

    I know how you feel I was the same after my weigh in this week, but we must look on the bright side it is a loss!

    The same happen to me, I stuck it out and by my 3rd week I lost 5LB or 6LB. Your body is adjusting to the diet, don't worry you can fail to be losing on a VLCD and losing inches is brill.

    2lb is still a loss, plus you had a big 1st week loss, 17lb in 2 weeks is a fantastic start. Well done :D

    I lost 2lb one week then 6lb the following week - i think its easy to get caught up in average's - but you know it'll come off one week or the next. WELL DONE xxxx

    shake that weight
    I lost 12ibs the first week and only 4 in the second but im starting to see a difference already. keep going .
