And I lost 5lbs!!! Im over the moon, because I had chicken shish twice...ooppss but remained in ketosis. I didnt have the pitta bread and just had the chicken breast with lettuce because I had really bad case of the runs :sick0019: LOL!!! Anyway now Im bloody constipated cause I took about 8 imodiums plus Im due TOTM in a few days so 5lbs is a fab loss. Now that my tummy has settled I will be 100% ssing this week and from now on. Hope your all doing well xxxxx

well done on your 5 loss , think there is a bug going about too , as my son and i both have been like that . watch them tablets , 8 of them becareful , and yes they do work lol

i am ss+ myself and had some chicken tikka on friday and remained in ketosis - but iadded the spice myself so i guess spices are allowed as such.

was it nice though lol - i dont blame you, 5lbs is a brill loss after 10lbs the forst week

great losses over 2 weeks! :D Hopefully sticking 100% to plan will show another good loss next week. :)
