I lost 6lbs, so my total weight loss for 2 weeks is 1 stone, am so pleased, altohugh I can't see it myself yet (apart form the falling off jeans!) the group said you can definately tell in my face and my fiance keeps calling me twiggy!!

It's my weigh in tomorrow, have managed to stay on the packs for my second week, drunk so much water that I am suprised I can move but am still really nervous...

is this normal?

I was nervous when it came too my weigh in too, i dont know why as i stuck too my packs & water all week, its strange! I dont know if its normal or not.
