Someone at work did it. Lost about 2lbs on it. If youve got exante packs just do exante. These diets don't live up Tibetans promises.

I recently done the 7 day version of this diet - chemical diet and was sick of it by day 7 - however I did lose 12lbs of which I've gained back 2lbs (gained back in the first week which was over 2 months ago)
I was looking at doing this 3 day one before starting optislim.

I did this diet a couple of years ago ( lil bit different), i lost about 7 lbs first week then 2-3 lbs for couple of weeks after, it's hard going especially as i'm not a fan of tuna and would agree with starlight that you are better off keeping to exante as do feel the 3 day diet is a faddy diet:eek:

Why do this then switch to Exante? You will get similar losses just doing Exante in the first place and you don't need to worry about buying in any particular foods. Just my two pence worth. :D
