3 days in - Hows it looking - Want it off for good

:) Hi all I started on this site on Sunday and started slimming world on Tuesday I am following the EE plan
I think this site is amazing and very inspirational and motivating and extremely supportive (Thanks to everyone )
So anyway I have decided to do a little food diary of my own and wondered if anyone would be kind enough to see if it is looking ok Any tips would be much appreciated

A little about myself I have joined SW in the past R/G days Lost weight never got to goal and gradually put it back on :cry:
I want it to be a different story this time I want to lose weight Get to Goal and keep it off I also have a holiday in 9wks so i need to lose as much as i can and I think i will Infact i know i will

Tues : 250 milk 42g Crunchy Bran Banana
L/ Stberrys, Pinapple, Mug shot
T/Lamb Steak Veg new Pots
S/ ap clementine 1Jaffa cake Hot choc Gravy ( 6.5 )

Weds : 28g ch 2 alpen lite
B/ban stberry pineapple or
L/homemade soup ap
T/Chicken own made tom sauce pot wedges salad
S/crisp oat cake salad cream lite ( 10 )

Thurs :28g ch
B/stberry pineapple boiled egg
L/homemade soup ban
T/salmon pasta with own made tom sauce

So what do u think?

hi , dont worry if uv gone over ur syns, draw a line under it and start again, ive lost 15lbs in 5 wks & have 4 wks left til my girly holiday including a wk in turkey next wk, you can do it if i can, picture urself looking great on holiday maybe one or two stone lighter, nothing tastes as good as being slim x

Thanks sammie.g:) Well done u for losing that much weight in such little time very inspiring Hope I can do the same Its my birthday tomoz and not going out til Sunday so I decided to have a treat then Thats y i was a bit gutted that i had eaten too many sins tonite I will try and make up for it by going to the gym over wkend ( dont know if that will help) Hope u have a great time next wk in Turkey x

well have a lovely birthday tomo ! dont get disheartened, we all go a bit mental sometimes, i had two days of eating sweets etc last wk hence staying the same this wk, i dont go to the gym but im sure it will help if you enjoy it, i lost 4lbs last yr when i went to turkey for 2wks( i allowed myself one day off per wk to have bread, waffles etc) without going mad, so it can be done. ive only started sw again 6wks ago after losing 3 st last yr & putting 2 stone back on in six months, good luck, i find posting on here quite a help in syaying on the straight & narrow, even if you feel like crap, post it & someone always offers support xxx
ps. havent commented on ur diary as i dont really understand ee, i do red & green days x
