Its really important to have 3 per day due to all your nutriants etc. And the diet is based on that so im guessing it is essential! x

The calories in the shakes are calculated to enable you to go into ketosis but not send your body into starvation mode, which will make your metabolism slow and may make it worse when you go back onto food as it will want to store more fat.

ive just completed my first week, two of the days i left it too late to have my first two shakes and i was full before going to bed so i didnt fit in the 3rd, ill have to make sure i make time for them next week

I know how you feel quite often I'm having to fit in last shake at ten in the night by the time I've sorted kids out for bed etc time has got away from me and I must say I still feel full fro
my second one sometimes I leave the third but usually I try and get it down:)
