i been jumping up and down since i was weighed at 10, four and a half pound loss taking me to 3 stone 1 lbs loss so far so happy ive got to tell everyone im gonna be in the 16 stones next week first time in about 8 years so excited
i follow mainly green occasional red day but fine that i feel fuller on green and snack less although i always use all my syns. Lunch i have something like a huge jacket spud with beans and low fat cheese take something like low fat supernoodles and a fruit salad to work with me as i work 2 till 9 4 or 5 days a week. Then have my healthy x's when i get in normally 6 crackerbreads (b) and 5 laughing cow light triangles (a). Drink plenty of fluids and make sure you write everything down. Oh and having lots of nooky helps lol. Oh and make sure you vary the food dont stick to the same things all the time.
