    Extra easy.

    Tuesday ( a busy working day)

    Milk allowance 350ml skimmed HEA
    9am Yoo yoghurt 2 syns
    11am bannana
    12noon Apple
    1pm pear
    3pm pack of lean ham & bottle of water
    5pm jacket potatoe, beans and bacon
    yoo yoghurt 2 syns

    9pm cuppa and hi fi bar HEB
    Total syns 4


    milk allowance 350 ml skimmed HEA
    9am 2 weetabix HEB topped with bannana and blueberrys
    11am 2 apricots
    12noon scrambled egg. grilled tomatoes and mushrooms beans.
    2pm cuppa and hi fi bar 6syns
    6.30pm cous cous, tomatoes cucumber cellery, red onion
    yoo yog 2 syns

    Total syns 8

    11.30 2 wholemeal bread from 400g loaf HEB, Tuna, Mayo 1 syn, lettice, cucumber, red onion. Packet of crisps 6 syns, and yoo yoghurt 2 syns
    1.30 cuppa and hi fi bar 6 syns
    3.30 tangerine and grapes
    5.30 rest of tuna mayo, new potatoes, side salad, beetroot, boiled egg, fat free cottage cheese, pickled onion.
    Total syns 15

    Lunch at inlaws.... vegetarian
    Boiled new potatoes, carrots, brocoli, spring greens,parsnip, quorn fillets. home grown mint sauce ( no gravy)
