3 weeks in....

Well, just got back from my WI, third week in and have lost 9lb's im well happy thats two stone exactly in three weeks

to say i am pleased is an understatement lol.

i am indeed having a celebratory water right now

although i am going to be naughty at weekend for a family do

ill just work extra hard in the gym to make up for it
