jacket potato with cheese and beans (hexa)

pasta, mushrooms, onion, olives, philly light (hexb)
 
thursday
oats, (hexb) yogurt, honey, banana, (2 syns)

lunch
jacket potato, cottage cheese and onion, cheddar (hexa)

dinner
mushroom omlette, sw chips, beans
 
friday
red day

ham and egg salad salad cream (3 syns)

cajun chicken breast, pitta (hexb), sw chips (hexb) cheese (hexa)
 
Just wondering why you've started yet another food diary? As you only wrote in your other one a few days ago?
Also to reiterate what the person above said-What about fruit and veg? Especially if you say you want to reduce bloating-up your superfree foods and drink plenty of water :)
 
Did you know that quorn sausages are no longer free? They changed the recipe last year so they are now 1 syn each!! I found out a couple of days ago x
 
If you want to de-bloat then try and stick to red days and avoid pasta and rice where possible x
