Hey guys, I intend on doing this and wonder if anyone would like to join me. It consists of 30 days hardcore weight loss. Here's the rules.

No cheating for 30 days, you stick. To the diet whichever you are on.
10 sit ups on day 1 and increase by 1 each day.
10 press ups on day1 and increase by 1 each day.
30 mins walk everyday.
20 mins of some other exercise everyday.
Drink at least 1 litre of water per day.
Love yourself everyday - everyday write down 1 good thing about yourself. It has to be different everyday. You can post them on here. By the end of may we will have 30 things we like and hopefully feel better about ourselves.
Have 30mins 'me time' each day. Away from the stress an hassle.

Anybody up for this with me?

It's not set on weight as such but if we stick to it we should lose. I would like to lose 20lb this month and make it a big target for a good month. It's gonna be hard to stick to, I know that. But let's try.

I'll post my weight tomorrow morning and then weight in for this on 1st June.
 
So today's weight is 16st 11.6. Meaning my target it 15 at 7.6.
