30 day shred is a Jillian Michaels DVD that uses short bursts of circuit training to shape you and lose weight. I am on day 8 level 1 and it is hard work but manageable! You do 10 days of three levels. Have a look on you tube :)

SNAP! Today is my day 8 on level 1 too. I like high intensity exercise so it suits me but it is tiring! Feel good after doing it though :D
