30 day shred

I really need to start some body magic! Can't afford a gym and the awful weather gives me the excuse I need to sit in the house! I've seen a 30 day shred DVD, I'm tempted to buy it. Has anybody got it and if so what do you think of it? is it worth getting??? Thanks

Argh! I am so glad I have seen this! I have 30DS - I got mine for £5 off play.com and it wad £25 on amazon!
I was doing it 5/6 times a week in the summer and the results were fantastic - really help weightloss and could tell the difference on my arms loads!
I haven't done it for months and really want to start again! Tomorrow!!
I would really recommend it!
