I know people who have done it in conjunction with SW and have lost inches and pounds by following it properly for 30 days. I have got the dvd, I find Jillian uber annoying and if you have dodgy knees, joints then not the best as there are a lot of jumping jacks, I have done it a few times. In all honesty, it is a very good workout and you definitely feel it the next day but it ******* my knees up for days afterwards and with 2 small children to run around after/pick up I haven't been doing it religiously.
