    Right guys! Who wants buns of steel???

    I found a squat challenge lerking on MFP so thought we could set the challenge on here too!

    Rules are simple:

    This looks interesting. Can I just ask what you are classing as a squat? Just a basic 1? And also do you need to do them all at once or throughout the day especially with the last ones!!!

    Yeh just a basic squat..but mine r sumo squats (wider stance n go lower down) and i do them in one go, but once i get to about 100 will do sets(2x50 squats with 2 min gap)
