30 day weigh in on TS

Hi there i have now done 30 days on exante TS. I feel fitter, lighter, and have incredible skin compared to before my diet. I would highly recommend this diet to anyone who is serious about losing weight.

My start weight was 118.5 kg

(seems like a long time ago)

My current weight is 106.5

Total loss of 12 kg

Im am going on to the working solution until Sunday as its my birthday tomorrow and will be back on TS on Monday. I will be sticking to grilled chicken, salads and grilled vegetables..

Just had a weight in today on my 10th day of TS and am currently: 103.6kg

Hi bash. You are doing amazing. Well done! I started Monday but my scales had broken so haven't weighed myself at all. Not even a start weight! I didnt want to delay starting just cos i coukdnt weigh myself but I think I may have to go and get some new scales today! Well done again x
