30 miles in 6 days!!

Hey guys!

I am almost into week 4 of LT, my WI is on Monday...

From last Monday to today (Sat) i have been going running everyday and i can feel myself getting fitter at it each day.

I am very proud to say that in total in the past 6 days i have clocked up a total of 30 miles!!!! I dont feel like i have lack of energy at all, in fact i feel like i have more energy then when i was eating! I am going to have a rest day on sunday and run again quite a few days next week!

Hope it doesnt reflect badly on my monday WI, but i figure even if i dont have a great loss this week, it could be because i am building muscle, which weighs heavier than fat. I can defo tell that my body looks better for running, more toned etc...

Does anyone else go running whilst on LT?

Well done on your running.

PS... I think you need to alter your height in your stats hun, as it has you at 4' 4" when you say you are 5'2" (I think you put 52 inches in for the height, you need to enter 62" to get 5'2")

Oh my god! Cheryl, you've maintained for 4years! That's amazing, i needed to read that. Any secrets?? Share cos I lost 8st too but gained back 4/5 eeek, my own fault though!!
